    I’ve created a snippet for the CSS bundle which wraps the current selection in a CSS comment. You can download it here.

    It’s a copy of the HTML one, adapted to CSS and the hotkey is the same: Ctrl + .

    It’s a very simple snippet but I thought I’d share it – if anyone encounters any problems, just reply here.
