If I setting word-wrap OFF and after it I write a long line which is longer that width of my screen, the horizontal scroll appear and first collumns of text hide (because there are outside of the screen). When in that moment I set word-wrap ON, the horizontal scroll disapear and I can't see this first collumns of text.

I’ve experienced similar bugs to this quite often. I always develop with word wrap on, and frequently when a line wraps, the entire body of text will shift as if I am scrolling the the right, but there is no scroll bar. It only seems to shift one column (maybe two, I can’t remember), but I usually have to click, drag, and highlight to the left to regain vision of the first column.

I would go to 3.1.734 it is stable. I’ve used it since it came out and I’ve never had it crash.

I’m using Intype Alpha 0.3.1.734 Unstable and I see this bug all the time. Hourly, maybe more.

Try this. Create a new document, turn on word wrap, and type 12345555555(etc.). As you hold down ‘5’ and the line nears the edge of the screen, you’ll notice it types a few extra characters past where it should break. When it does break the line, the 123 at the beginning of the line will be off screen to the left.

Hit return and you will go to the beginning of the next line, giving you full visibility again.

So it’s not such a big deal when you’re creating a new file, but when you’re editing a file with lots of lines, and you add something to the end of an existing line that causes it to wrap, you won’t get visibility of the first columns until you’re cursor goes there for some reason.

    Does that make sense?

Oh yeah, I see. Ok I’ll add it to the basic tests for 0.3.5. There is the wrapping mechanism rewritten for better support of RTL, and this bug (with wrapping at the end of screen) is removed.

I have experienced this bug with both the latest stable and unstable releases - however a workaround I found (with 0.3.1.734) is to select word wrap, show boundary, and break at boundary. Then simply select the position of your boundary (I have mine at 120 characters). This works nicely for me. BTW, Intype is an excellent editor - I had been looking for an editor with all these features for a while!
